Summer Speed & Strength Training Program

 9 Weeks to a Stronger, Faster You

A nine week coached training program for runners of all levels who want to improve their speed and strength.  Workouts include track intervals, hill repeats and tempo runs all designed to improve your personal pace.



All PACES WELCOME.  Whether you are front of the pack, back of the back, newer to running or an experienced runner, this program is for you.  Training is individualized to your personal pace and intensity.

DATES: June 12th - August 14th (9 weeks)
SCHEDULE: Wednesdays at 6:00pm
PREREQUISITES: Ability to run or run/walk for 30 to 45 minutes continuously. Running a minimum of 2 times per week for the last 2 months.








Limited to 30 participants to allow for individualization and one-on-one attention.

 Where the Magic Happens

Your comfort zone is well, comfortable, but not a lot of growth happens there.  Speed work is meant to challenge you and get you outside of your comfort zone.  It's where the magic happens!  This program will challenge you to step in that place where the magic occurs, to push yourself, but always at an intensity and pace that is appropriate for you.
