The Tacoma Narrows Half Marathon Weekend with the Tacoma Rainiers!
Take me out to the ballgame, but first run over the bridge! Feed me a bagel and electrolytes, I just hope that my hamstrings aren’t tight!
The Tacoma Narrows Half Marathon is back! We’re excited to announce the return of this event on Saturday, August 13th, which features a new half marathon and 5k course that begins and ends at Cheney Stadium! We’re partnering with the Tacoma Rainiers and are thrilled to be a part of their R Health and Wellness weekend. It’s going to be a weekend full of running and baseball fun!
The Tacoma Narrows Half Marathon is an out-and-back course that will start outside Cheney Stadium, take you across the majestic Tacoma Narrows Bridge and then bring you back inside Cheney Stadium, where you’ll run on the warning track (and where you will see yourself on the jumbotron and be able to say “Look Ma, I made it!”).
The Tacoma Narrows 5K course will also start and finish at Cheney Stadium and include a lap around the warning track.

**2020 REGISTRATION ROLLOVERS TO 2022**
If you were registered for the 2020 Tacoma Narrows Half Marathon that was unfortunately cancelled due to the pandemic, you may choose to roll your 2020 registration to this year’s event. An email was sent to those who registered (sent to the email address used during 2020 registration) with instructions on how to register for the 2022 event. You may choose to roll your registration over to the same distance you registered for in 2020, downgrade from the half marathon to the 5k (no charge, no refund), or upgrade from the 5k to the half marathon for a minimal upgrade fee.
Please check your email (and make sure to check your junk/spam folder) for details on how to submit your rollover choice. Please note that 2020 rollovers are valid for the 2022 event ONLY and credit cannot be held for future events or transferred to other TCMA events.
*Please Read! TCMA Policies* All entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Sorry, no transfers to another individual, and no roll-overs to the following year. All participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to participate. Sorry, no exceptions.
