TCMA Summer Performance Training Program

Stronger. Faster. More resilient.

Improve your personal pace

This 9-week, science-based group training program is designed to help you build speed, stamina, and strength while reducing your risk of injury. With two coached group workouts per week, you’ll develop better running mechanics, boost your speed, and improve your overall performance.

Led by a certified running coach and Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM), in collaboration with a Physical Therapist, this program combines proven training principles with expert guidance to help you reach your goals. We believe in diversity in paces. Whether you’re a beginner, mid-pack runner, or chasing a new PR, we welcome all paces.

What’s Included:

  • Two coached group workouts per week:
    • Monday Strength Workout at 6:00 pm: Each session kicks-off with a warm-up and an easy-pace group run, followed by runner-specific strength training. You’ll focus on unilateral movement patterns, core and stability work, and mobility, helping you run stronger and prevent injury.
