More than the miles.

Community. Support. Empowerment

TCMA Spring Distance Training

Starts January 28th

At TCMA, we believe running is better together. Fartlek University blends community, coaching, and a training approach that makes running effective and fun— inspired by the original meaning of “fartlek”: speed play, a reminder that training can be structured and purposeful while still being enjoyable.

Whether you’re new to running, returning after time away, or preparing for a half or full marathon, our programs offer a supportive, structured, and motivating environment where every runner is welcome.

Through our training groups, we aim to create an inclusive space where every runner feels empowered to pursue their personal best. Our programs meet you exactly where you are and help you go further—physically, mentally, and confidently.

Why Fartlek University?

Because training should be more than miles.

Yes, you’ll build endurance and strength—but you’ll also learn the why behind your workouts, gain tools to stay on track, and discover how enjoyable the process can be.

Our science-based training programs are led by a certified running coach and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, built on proven principles to help you train safely and effectively.
