Join us for our first-ever Yoga in the Park event, hosted by 5-time Boston Marathoner and certified yoga instructor Joleen Pereira!
Come enjoy an energizing morning at beautiful Dune Peninsula Park, surrounded by fresh air, and sweeping views of the Puget Sound.
Joleen will lead a fun, welcoming session designed for all levels—from experienced yogis to complete beginners!
Whether you’re a runner, walker, or simply looking for a great way to move and recharge, yoga is the perfect complement to an active lifestyle. Improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility, support recovery, and give your mind and body a chance to reset.
Come stretch, breathe, move, and start your day feeling amazing!
No experience necessary. Just bring your mat, your energy, and a willingness to have some fun!
* We will have a limited amount of yoga mats available. Please try to bring your own.

Registration closes 15 min prior to start.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A small transaction fee is assessed when registering online. Price increases occur at midnight.

There is plenty of parking available at Dune Peninsula Park, with additional free parking available in the Point Ruston parking garage.
